True Dedication!

Hey Janice

Hope your well.  Just wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I’ve been working with Wayne.  He has always responded right away to any questions or concerns we have had, and made the booking process very easy.

Further his true dedication to his clients has really shown since we found out our trip has to be canceled and re booked due to these new travel restrictions, he has been in constant contact with the airline and ourselves working hard to get it fixed.

As I mentioned to him someone’s true customer service shines not just when go smooth, but when the wheels come off and they go above and beyond.

As someone who’s also been is sales and management for almost 20 years now I know these types of emails don’t come often enough.  So its important to let you know when your team is doing things right, rather than just the constant rants we as leaders have to sift through from upset customers due to things that are usually completely out of our control.

Long story short Wayne has been great, and fingers crossed we can get this trip rebooked .
